Describe your stress: I have three kids and three dogs to keep up with on top of staying in touch with my real estate clients. So even when I’m relaxing, I’m still checking my phone to make sure I don’t miss anything. My dream is to get caught up with emails! I was extra stressed-out while trying the gummies because we had just moved to a new town so my kids were all in new schools and I had tons of new listings.
Go-to stress solution: I’m pretty good at finding a couple minutes to find calm and talk myself down. I often meditate in the shower or add a 10-minute massage to my pedicure. Just shutting down my phone and closing my eyes helps get me centered.
Initial thought: I take gummy vitamins for my hair, skin and nails, so I’m already onboard with the concept. I like the idea that this is a more homeopathic approach.
Olly taste + feel: I had given up sugar so I was excited for the gummies to give me a little bit of a sweet treat. They’re not as sweet as gummy bears and didn’t stick to my teeth—both of which I liked.
Olly takeaway: Taking the gummies was a signal to check my stress and give me a bit of serenity in the middle of a stressful moment. They took the edge off and brought my stress level down a notch. They were especially helpful when I was getting the kids out the door. I was able to keep my cool and have more patience when dealing with a frustrating person in my life. I found myself being more rational and generally able to deal with difficult people better. The chaos didn’t rattle me as much and I was able to be kinder to everyone around me—including my husband!

Describe Your Stress: Running your own business, you are always on, pushing the boundaries and ultimately making sure your portfolio of clients is happy because you are delivering real results. Plus, juggling a 6-year-old learning to read who broke his wrist and a triple type-A middle schooler with three hours of homework means I am reviewing Algebra in between unloading the dishwasher and trying to organize the neverending carpools for swimming, field hockey and tennis! There’s no me-time and no stopping to chill out, regroup or reflect.
Go-to Stress Solutions: I am a twice certified yoga teacher but do I go? Not enough. Even thinking of yoga makes me stressed! I have set an alarm on my watch to ensure I’ve done 10 Sun Salutes by 12 noon. To be honest, I’ve been successful, 3 times this month.
Initial Thought: I kept seeing these Gummies in Whole Foods which means I had to try them. When it comes to stress, I will try anything!
OLLY Taste + Feel My first thought was: YUM, they are delicious. Is that lemon balm I taste? I have a VERY weak stomach so many probiotics and supplements aren’t safe for me. And I used to have lemon balm in my garden. It smells so amazing!
OLLY TAKEAWAY: Mine are gone! If that’s not evidence that I loved them, I am not sure what is. I will be buying a new bottle because both my babysitter and middle schooler were taking them too. A friend said she took them before a meeting but I took them at that 4pm moment when the day feels impossible to win; it’s like you’ve been awake and working forever BUT you have 12 more hours ahead. In that mindful moment, I would reflect on what I had accomplished this far, give myself some credit and then move on to conquer the rest of the day with attempted grace.

I received them about five days ago and they couldn’t have come at a better time. I was actually in the ER with our fur baby the prior night until about 1 am (a Thursday night). On Friday, I broke a glass pane on our front door. I was trying to nudge the wood part of the door with my knee because the door was stuck (humidity thing) and I ended up breaking one of the glass panes. So, I had been home taking care of our dog and I was having the glass pane fixed when the gummies arrived. I immediately took them and they helped within a short period of time, about 15 to 20 minutes from the time I took them. I’ve been taking them on and off since I have received them. I have even taken them when I am calm just to see if I can relax even more. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a natural alternative to finding relaxation when they need it. The gummies taste great so that is an added bonus especially for anyone that does not prefer to swallow pills. I would recommend these to my sleep clients for sure since they work well. They are a healthy option and easily accessible to purchase.

OLLY takeaway: My usual coping mechanisms require me to stop what I’m doing. I like that I can take these and continue working. I was not at all in a Zen state when I took them, but after I felt like I was able to think more clearly. I was relieved that I didn’t feel drowsy at all, either.
